These documents govern DylanFM FaceStudio, operated by Dylan Soto under the DylanFM name in Mexico. Downloading, installing, purchasing or using FaceStudio means you accept the applicable terms below.

FaceStudio is independent community software for creating and installing custom Football Manager 26 faces. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sports Interactive or SEGA. Third-party games, mods, names and marks belong to their owners.
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. Minors may use the service only through a parent or guardian. The current release requires 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, compatible NVIDIA graphics, hardware virtualization enabled and Football Manager 26. Internet may be required for setup, licensing, updates, support and PRO processing.
FaceStudio grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable personal license for one Windows PC. New PRO memberships are monthly subscriptions and remain active while billing is current. Existing licenses remain governed by the purchase terms shown when they were acquired. Do not share activation access, resell or redistribute the app, bypass licensing or security, abuse the service, or distribute malware. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
You keep your rights in submitted photos and files and grant only the permission needed to process them and provide the requested result. You are responsible for having permission to use every image and for lawful use of generated files. Illegal, abusive, deceptive or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
FaceStudio may receive fixes, compatibility updates and feature changes. We use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted operation with every future game, driver, Windows or third-party update. Unusually large automated bursts may be temporarily slowed to protect normal customer access and operating costs; failed operations do not count toward that protection. Access may be suspended for fraud or harmful abuse.
The service includes warranties required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for FaceStudio, except for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, or rights and liabilities that law does not allow us to limit.
Access may be revoked for material breach, piracy, fraud or harmful abuse. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith. Mexican law applies, while mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.

FaceStudio does not sell personal data. We use the minimum information reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
A pseudonymous installation/device identifier; app version and activation; purchase and entitlement references; website session, page, referrer host, approximate country/region/city, language and device type; support text, optional email and up to three images; and photos submitted for a requested PRO operation.
To install and license FaceStudio, confirm purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, perform requested operations, deliver updates, measure downloads and reliability, and understand aggregate traffic.
Stripe processes checkout and payment details. FaceStudio does not receive or store your full card number. Transaction and entitlement references are kept as needed to deliver the purchase, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal obligations.
PRO images are transmitted securely to a specialized cloud processing provider only to complete the requested operation and are not stored in FaceStudio's analytics database. Support messages and attachments are delivered to the private project support channel; providing a reply email is optional.
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and approximate request location; Stripe for payments; Google for administrator authentication; Resend for support delivery; and a specialized cloud image-processing provider. Data may be processed in other countries under those providers' safeguards.
Purchase, license and security records are retained while needed for entitlement, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Telemetry and operational records are kept only as reasonably needed for analytics, reliability and security. We use encrypted transport, signed device identity and restricted administrative access, but no online system guarantees absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal through in-app support or the official accounts below. Transaction or fraud-prevention records may need to be preserved by law. FaceStudio is not directed to children under 18.

New PRO memberships renew monthly until canceled. Stripe shows the billing period, final currency, amount and applicable taxes before payment. Existing licenses remain governed by the purchase terms shown when they were acquired.
Contact support for a duplicate charge, a purchase that does not activate, or a material defect that support cannot resolve within a reasonable period. Include the checkout email and transaction date—never send a full card number.
Requirements are disclosed before download and purchase. A refund may be declined when the PC does not meet those requirements or after substantial use merely because you changed your mind, unless mandatory law gives you a cancellation, revocation, warranty or refund right.
Nothing in this policy removes statutory consumer rights. Eligible refunds return through the original payment method and may take the payment provider or bank additional time to display.
